I write a song (1/1)

“Fight’n and Kiss’n”

SILAS, to JENNA

My folk’re fearless and forgiving.
They’ll speak and then’ll they listen.
I mean what’s really the point of living,
If the fights ain’t go no kissin’?

Current time is:

My folk’s guns feed their families
They can’t afford no hams or pullets.
And they point’m at each other
When they ain’t loaded with bullets.

Current time is:
10/09/2010 5:28 PM

Oh, we ain’t gonna hurt nobody!
If we’re shooting, then we’re missing!
Oh, we all adore each other!

FIRST MAN
For my uncle’s his brother

SECOND MAN
And my aunt’s his mother

THIRD MAN, to DARLING
And your sister’s his lover.

DARLING
What!

CAROLINE
It’s not true!

(She runs off!)

TRIO of THREE MEN
AND ANYWAY WE GOTTA ALL STILL LIVE TOGETHER

DARLING
SO….
WHAT’S THE POINT OF FIGHTING WITHOUT KISSING!
